• Production

    We search for and collect the freshest products from the sunny family farms of our region which we cooperate with. In the summer season more than 300 farms provide the plant with the best quality vegetables and the production process begins. After the selection and washing of the vegetables, they are placed in containers along with the necessary additional ingredients, and the first fermentations begin. In a period of about a month the product has been fermented and the ingredients that impart a unique flavor have begun to emerge. After the production process, the product is packed and sent to different regions of the world until it reaches the consumers tables and gives out a different special touch in their dishes.
